About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Technical Account Management team at Vibe. This role focuses on ensuring campaign performance and data integrity in our programmatic and CTV ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the technical owner of campaign performance, understanding Vibe’s DSP, bidding logic, targeting, and measurement
- →Diagnose and resolve delivery issues, attribution mismatches, and performance discrepancies
- →Investigate under-delivery and unexpected performance changes using SQL and raw event-level data
- →Lead technical investigations end-to-end, determining the source of truth when metrics conflict
- →Work with Product Managers and Engineers to improve tooling, reporting, and performance monitoring
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising
- ✓Strong SQL skills and preference for validating performance from raw data
- ✓Comfortable navigating technical artifacts such as logs, schemas, APIs, and code repositories
- ✓Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- ✓Strong familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them effectively
