About the Role
Virta Health is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join their Legal and Compliance team. This role involves providing compliance support to internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on healthcare and telehealth regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the first point of contact for all inbound compliance queries
- →Support and coordinate recurring compliance tasks to mitigate regulatory risk
- →Assist with risk assessments, hotline investigations, and compliance audits
- →Coordinate responses to internal and external audit and data requests
- →Maintain corporate records and minute books for various committees
- →Assist with maintaining corporate calendar and tracking regulatory deadlines
- →Manage the Legal team internal website by uploading templates, training, forms, and guides
- →Assist the Privacy team with documentation and tracking related to incidents and investigations
- →Support the intake, tracking, and response to patient privacy rights requests
- →Gather information for privacy impact assessments for new products and features
- →Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory filings
- →Monitor changes in telehealth regulations and state licensure requirements
- →Support compliance efforts with state consumer protection and healthcare advertising requirements
- →Coordinate and track required compliance training programs
- →Maintain legal and compliance policies, including annual reviews and updates
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓Interest and/or experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries
- ✓Strong organizational and time-management skills
- ✓Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation and data
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- ✓Comfort using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
