About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join Visa’s Digital Sales team in Singapore. This foundational role will design, operationalize, and maintain the AI productivity stack that powers our B2B sales organization across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and deploy AI agents that support Digital Sales Representatives, Business Development Representatives, and cross-functional teams
- →Integrate AI tools with Visa systems including Dynamics, Customer 360, Compass/Highspot, Client Hub, and VIK Central
- →Create client-ready content generation capabilities for briefs, insights packs, outreach messages, and summaries
- →Identify high-impact, repeatable workflows across Digital Sales and automate them using AI, orchestration platforms, or code-based solutions
- →Build data-driven pipelines to surface insights such as signals, personas, recommended plays, and next best actions
- →Develop best practices, reusable components, and governance frameworks for AI-powered sales motions
- →Ensure responsible AI implementation aligned with Visa’s enterprise-grade security, privacy, and risk frameworks
- →Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Technology, Operations, and Risk partners to ensure secure and compliant delivery
- →Own monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and model/tool updates
Requirements
- ✓Experience with AI agent development and deployment
- ✓Strong understanding of workflow automation and orchestration platforms
- ✓Knowledge of data-driven pipeline development
- ✓Familiarity with enterprise systems integration
- ✓Experience with model lifecycle management and operational playbooks
- ✓Ability to develop governance frameworks for AI implementations
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
