About the Role
We are seeking a CRM & Direct to Consumer (DTC) Manager to lead CRM initiatives for both direct consumers and strategic partners. This role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, reduce churn, and drive transactional growth.
