About the Role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Intern to join our dynamic team and help protect and defend Visa’s global infrastructure. This summer program offers hands-on experience in monitoring, analyzing, and supporting real-time cybersecurity operations across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

→Assist in monitoring and analyzing network and cloud-based security systems and tools.
→Support troubleshooting efforts related to configurations on platforms such as firewalls, proxies, DDoS protection systems, and endpoint security solutions.
→Learn to follow and improve operational playbooks and runbooks for responding to security incidents.
→Track and document incident response actions while maintaining high-quality and accurate records.
→Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to ensure incident handling aligns with internal service level targets.
→Gain exposure to cybersecurity operations workflows, standards, and best practices.
→Pursue new technical knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and mentorship from senior analysts.
