About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Strategy Executive to lead strategic initiatives for Visa's Commercial and Money Movement (CMS) business across West and Central Africa. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and execute near and long-term strategies for Visa's CMS business in West and Central Africa
- →Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans to increase sales volume and market share
- →Lead client engagements to drive expansion across CMS solutions and segments
- →Manage P&L responsibility for CMS in West and Central Africa
- →Deliver market-relevant solutions for various client segments including Large Corporates, Small Businesses, and Governments
- →Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to deliver strategic plans
- →Work with Product teams to develop go-to-market strategies
- →Drive thought leadership with industry partners
- →Develop and lead a high-caliber sales team
- →Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive CMS business
- →Support RFP development and oversee program performance
- →Review market landscape and implement new growth approaches
