Key Responsibilities
- →Support end-to-end license application and maintenance processes
- →Act as primary liaison with APRA, ASIC, and AUSTRAC
- →Develop and implement a Prudential Compliance Framework aligned with APRA standards
- →Maintain documentation inventory for license renewals and audits
- →Conduct horizon scanning and implement remediation plans
- →Provide regulatory advice to Board and Senior Management
- →Develop comprehensive regulatory reporting frameworks
- →Support executive and Board level regulatory attestations
- →Collaborate with global regulatory teams across APAC, EU, UK, and US
- →Deliver training programs to embed compliance culture
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations (ASIC, APRA)
- ✓Experience with AFSL and PPF license requirements
- ✓Knowledge of APRA CPS and APS standards
- ✓Ability to develop compliance frameworks and controls
- ✓Experience with regulatory reporting and attestations
- ✓Strong communication skills for Board and management interactions
- ✓Ability to collaborate with global regulatory teams
- ✓Experience with license application and maintenance processes
