Sr Product Manager, Token Solutions at Visa

About the Role

Visa Digital Platform team is seeking Product Managers to join their agile team and build new product capabilities that enhance the payment experience for millions of Visa cardholders globally. This role involves working with merchants, PSPs, and wallets to enable payment experiences in online and physical checkouts.

Key Responsibilities

• →Define product and market requirements by understanding the needs of issuers and merchants/token requestors during token provisioning.
• →Establish detailed business requirements and specifications for existing and new services and products.
• →Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams including development, architecture, testing, and design.
• →Analyze data to provide actionable insights and iterate product capabilities.
• →Identify gaps in the current product offering and lead efforts to develop solutions that drive business value.
• →Track payment industry trends, standards, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for new features.
• →Coordinate with regional product teams to ensure country/market and regulatory requirements are met.
• →Participate in client-facing discussions and provide feedback to define products.
• →Maintain in-depth knowledge of services (APIs) offered by the Digital Solutions Product team.
• →Manage, groom, plan, and execute a steady product backlog in a fast-paced agile environment.
• →Perform triage on critical issues and communicate clearly with all parties.
