About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the 0→1 build of the voize Management Platform - a key product that will fundamentally shift how care organizations adopt, govern, and derive value from voize. This role focuses on transforming data into proactive quality management, process analytics, and operational control.
Key Responsibilities
- →Pioneer from zero by working with Management, Quality managers, and Operations leaders in care facilities
- →Build the foundation for a platform that doesn't exist yet
- →Craft hypotheses about management needs and validate with real users
- →Ship what matters by defining requirements, metrics, and outcomes
- →Identify features that turn skeptical leaders into champions
- →Win one leader at a time and scale what works

Requirements
- ✓Several years of experience in Product Management shipping SaaS or B2B platform products
- ✓Proven zero-to-one product experience with complex B2B products
- ✓Ability to turn complexity into clarity with deep knowledge in user research
- ✓Strong product intuition to drive innovative platform solutions
- ✓Analytical mindset comfortable with product analytics and operational metrics
- ✓Platform thinking with experience designing multi-sided products
- ✓User centricity with experience creating intuitive features
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✓Business fluent German (C1) and good command of English
- ✓Willingness to travel to visit customers
