About the Role
Voleon is seeking a SaaS Systems Engineer to join their Corporate IT Engineering team. This role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure with a focus on SaaS platform engineering and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, architect, and implement enterprise SaaS platforms including identity systems, collaboration tools, and security platforms
- →Build integrations between SaaS platforms using APIs and develop automation solutions using scripting languages
- →Design and implement IAM workflows including authentication, provisioning, and conditional access
- →Administer and optimize SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian
- →Monitor platform health, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors
- →Lead cross-functional IT projects and stay current with SaaS trends
Requirements
- ✓Experience with SaaS platform engineering and user support
- ✓Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
- ✓Knowledge of IAM workflows and security best practices
- ✓Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian
- ✓Strong problem-solving and project management skills
