About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join the Creators team at VRChat and help define new content types for props. This role focuses on designing workflows, interfaces, and systems that enable creators to build, iterate, and ship high-quality props at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with design leads, PMs, and engineers to design and improve props and content creation
- →Design intuitive interfaces for creators with varying technical expertise
- →Translate technical concepts into approachable UX
- →Pair with community and support teams to improve tool usability
- →Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups across multiple platforms
- →Conduct usability testing to validate designs
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional product design experience
- ✓Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complexity
- ✓Experience with Figma and collaboration with engineering
- ✓Understanding of Unity, SDKs, Blender, or other dev tools
- ✓Proactive collaboration and communication skills
