About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join VRChat's Experience team as the lead designer for the social core. This role involves making and finding friends, joining groups, participating in communities, and discovering events.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓6+ years of professional product design experience
- ✓Strong UX craft across flows, interaction design, prototyping, and systems thinking
- ✓Comfort designing across platforms and input modes
- ✓Ability to set direction, create alignment, and drive decisions
- ✓Thrive in ambiguity and turn fuzzy spaces into clear outcomes
