About the Role
We are seeking an NDT Application Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting sales activities through technical consultation and solution development, as well as maintaining lab equipment and conducting experiments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide pre-sales technical consultation and develop solutions
- →Support sales and distributors in technique to win bids and achieve sales
- →Provide training in technology and operations to customers
- →Attend exhibitions and seminars to promote products and demonstrate techniques
- →Maintain and clean lab and fixed assets, demo units, etc.
- →Conduct experiments on specimens provided by customers and make test reports
- →Collaborate with local sales, service, or global team to troubleshoot customers’ equipment
- →Consolidate feedback on product problems and customer demands and report to factory
- →Handle email and business phone calls
Requirements
- ✓Master's degree or above in Non-destructive testing relevant field (Detection and Control Technology and Instruments)
- ✓Over 3 years of relevant work experience
- ✓Fluent in English reading and writing, able to communicate in web meetings or in-person
- ✓Understand non-destructive testing (NDT), familiar with NDT automation, especially in the fields of ultrasound and eddy current
- ✓Possess corresponding NDT qualification certificates such as ISO9712, CASEI UT, or TOFD qualification certificates preferred
- ✓Able to adapt to short-term business trips
