About the Role
The Business Operations Leader role in LADM is responsible for driving operational excellence to deliver high-value solutions to customers while ensuring business profitability, cost efficiency, and quality. This role collaborates with business leaders and cross-functional peers to build operational metrics, processes, and strategies aligned with the Digital Intelligence business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and drive an operating structure for the Group Vice President to improve visibility to and execution of business operations.
- →Develop and monitor metrics to drive execution in the overall organization, manage monthly operating rhythms, and deliver executive-level reports.
- →Drive visibility and transparency of LADM projects globally and use of consistent tools, metrics, and dashboards.
- →Drive the use of AI tools to improve the efficiency of routine administrative tasks.
- →Provide critical insights and trends in the project portfolio and recommend appropriate interventions.
- →Manage the Risk and Opportunity portfolio across the entire portfolio and recommend proactive actions.
- →Develop, implement, and drive systems of accountability to ensure the business achieves its growth targets.
- →Lead and partner on special projects and initiatives of strategic importance.
- →Autonomously drive initiatives and anticipate potential challenges to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, P&L Leaders, and Finance leaders to solve complex problems.
- →Support managers with vendor management and sourcing needs.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in driving operational excellence and business performance.
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed data analysis.
- ✓Experience in developing and monitoring metrics and executive-level reports.
- ✓Knowledge of AI tools and their application in improving administrative tasks.
