About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Representative to join our team at Wabtec. This role is responsible for ensuring quality throughout the product development phase according to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Being the Quality representative during the whole product development phase, according to the Wabtec Transit procedure TR-S-ENG003
- →Ensuring that Safety Critical characteristics Management Process is applied, managing the Control Plan Coverage
- →Issuing the Quality Return of Experience for the main products, issuing and collecting all LLCs
- →Monitoring Quality Results of the main products (internal EoL and customer claims) leading improvement action plan, also for ToT/ToP products
- →Performing technical expertise on returned parts (0 km or warranty) when a 2° level analysis is needed, including on field analysis where necessary
Requirements
- ✓Working experience in Quality Operations and/or product Quality; or former working experience in Engineering
- ✓Knowledge on Quality Methodologies: QRQC, 8D, PDCA/FTA, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, Reliability Growth, R&R
- ✓Languages: English (mandatory)
- ✓Degree: Technical degree
