About the Role

WalkMe is seeking a Pre-Sales AI Consultant to support customers in evaluating, adopting, and scaling WalkMe AI. This role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, guiding technical discovery, leading AI-focused demonstrations, and supporting customers as they assess how WalkMe AI fits into their enterprise AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Work closely with Sales and Presales teams across EMEA to support customers in evaluating, adopting, and scaling WalkMe AI
→Help align customer AI strategies, architectures, and business objectives with WalkMe’s AI capabilities
→Guide technical discovery, lead AI-focused demonstrations and proofs of concept
→Support customers as they assess how WalkMe AI fits into their broader enterprise AI initiatives
→Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support

Requirements

✓Strong experience working with generative and contextual AI, including exposure to LLMs, AI architectures, deployment models, prompt development, and enterprise security considerations
✓A minimum of 7–8 years of experience in SaaS, working with enterprise customers in a presales, sales engineering, consulting, or solution architecture capacity
✓An AI-first approach to work, using AI tools thoughtfully to increase speed, quality, and effectiveness
✓Ability to examine, interpret, and clearly articulate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical depth
✓Experience designing and delivering compelling demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for both technical and non-technical audiences
✓A strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and the business context in which AI solutions are evaluated and deployed
✓Ability to synthesize customer feedback and communicate insights clearly to Product Management and Engineering teams
