About the Role

Wargaming is seeking a Copywriter to create and edit content for a forthcoming game IP. This role requires experience in the gaming industry and the ability to write across various content types.

Key Responsibilities

→Write copy for all aspects and platforms of a forthcoming game
→Create articles, announcements, features, store descriptions, press materials, and marketing content
→Write patch notes, game update summaries, video scripts, and subtitles
→Prepare internal and external game documentation
→Write posts for social media and Discord
→Develop response templates for customer service agents
→Edit copy prepared by others
→Cooperate with development and publishing departments

Requirements

✓Native English speaker with the ability to write clearly and confidently in US English
✓Exceedingly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
✓College diploma in English, linguistics, journalism, or marketing
✓Flawless grammar and spelling with mastery of appropriate tone
✓Experience in editing and writing various styles of content
✓Familiarity with social media platform requirements
✓Knowledge of the gaming industry and its terminology
✓Experience working on a team
