About the Role

We are looking for a Game Developer to join our growing team in Prague, working on new features for World of Tanks, our groundbreaking MMO title with over 100 million players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

→Write high-quality, efficient code in Python
→Contribute to architectural design and code reviews
→Proactively address technical issues and risks
→Develop and implement innovative tools or methodologies
→Collaborate closely with the technical director
→Actively transfer knowledge and skills to less experienced team members

Requirements

✓3+ years of professional experience in software development
✓Experience building real-time or performance-sensitive applications using Python or C++
✓Solid understanding of software architecture, algorithms, and design patterns
✓Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams
✓Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and optimization techniques
✓Understanding of client-server game architecture
✓Strong communication skills in English language
