About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Burkina Faso. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and providing excellent service to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- →Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- →Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- →Provide accurate information using the right methods/tools
- →Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- →Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
- →Follow communication procedures and guidelines
- →Engage customers and go the extra mile
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of customer support experience
- ✓Fluency in French, Mooré, and Dioula
- ✓Willingness to work outside regular working hours
- ✓Strong phone contact handling skills
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems
- ✓Customer orientation and adaptability
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- ✓Baccalaureate + 2 years of higher education
- ✓Experience with mobile money or banking support is an advantage
