About the Role
The RevOps Coordinator – GTM Systems at Wayvia supports the day-to-day execution of revenue operations. This role focuses on frontline user support, CRM administration, tooling support, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination across Sales and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a first-line support resource for GTM users across Wayvia’s GTM tech stack
- →Troubleshoot user issues related to Salesforce, Gong, and other RevOps-supported tools
- →Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user setup, field updates, and validation rule support
- →Support data hygiene initiatives, ensuring accuracy across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities
- →Assist with opportunity and pipeline hygiene to support forecasting and reporting accuracy
- →Support onboarding for new GTM hires, including system access and tool setup
- →Maintain enablement documentation, playbooks, and reference materials
- →Act as a liaison between GTM teams to ensure operational requests are clearly understood
- →Assist with building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
- →Help document and standardize RevOps processes to improve consistency
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- ✓2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar function
- ✓High attention to detail and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- ✓Excellent project management, training, and communication skills
- ✓Experience supporting quote-to-cash or contracting systems
- ✓Strong knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, and contract-related workflows
- ✓Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset
