About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Upsells Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our existing customer base and maximizing sales opportunities through effective pipeline management and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the entire sales cycle from calling assigned leads to closing deals
- →Develop new accounts and extend existing accounts within your pipeline
- →Work through all Salesforce tasks effectively on a daily basis
- →Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales and data
- →Create new sales opportunities by asking for referrals
- →Maximize each sales opportunity through additional Weave features/products
- →Use Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports
- →Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
- →Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress
Requirements
- ✓2+ years in closing role within SaaS
- ✓Proven success in pipeline management and task completion
- ✓Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- ✓Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards
- ✓Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proficient with Salesforce, calling tools and Payments
- ✓Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- ✓Team player and coachable mentality
