About the Role
Weave is seeking a talented Senior Designer or Art Director to join their creative team. This role will combine design and concepting skills with problem-solving abilities and team leadership to deliver high-quality, performance-driven design across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute the creative vision for Weave brand and demand initiatives across various mediums and channels
- →Design and execute customer- and internal-facing marketing campaigns across every channel
- →Drive design excellence and collaboration across multiple projects
- →Work closely with copywriters, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver innovative creative design
- →Create advertising, web, digital, and presentation assets that effectively communicate product benefits
- →Help Weave maintain a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of experience in digital, marketing, or customer-focused design roles
- ✓A dynamic portfolio showcasing a range of design and creative concepts
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other design software
- ✓Deep understanding of brand systems and the ability to apply them consistently
- ✓Understanding of the brand creative/marketing process
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail
