About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Helpdesk Engineer to join our IT team at Welltech. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, responsible for troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via email and our ticketing system
- →Troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace, Okta, MacOS, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- →Resolve technical problems with various web services, including Slack, Confluence, and Jira
- →Prepare and configure new employee workstations, including hardware setup and software installation
- →Maintain detailed records of user requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- →Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- →Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- →Deliver user training and guidance on Google Workspace and MacOS applications
- →Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system improvements
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- ✓Technical skills and hands-on experience with user account and identity management systems
- ✓Experience with endpoint operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)
- ✓Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- ✓Experience providing remote support to a distributed workforce
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience working with a ticketing system
