About the Role
We are looking for a Full Cycle Account Executive to join Wheely, a high-end ride-hailing service redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe and the Middle East. This role focuses on accelerating growth in our B2B segment by taking ownership of the entire sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through to closing and onboarding
- →Proactively identify, target and engage potential clients across email, phone, LinkedIn and events
- →Shape Wheely’s selling strategies around insights drawn from senior-level conversations
- →Nurture newly activated accounts until you are assured of their success
- →Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using our CRM
- →Delivering against revenue targets within a culture that values results, professionalism, and high standards
- →Contribute to a globally expanding team
- →Continuously improve our product, playbooks and approach
- →Collaborate with other regions on multi-country opportunities
- →Liaise and collaborate with internal teams to improve our service
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- ✓Proven track record in outbound prospective and closing deals
- ✓Strong communicator, both written and verbal - fluent in value-based selling both in French and English
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset: you love building, iterating, and owning your work
- ✓Perform well under pressure, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- ✓Strong analytical skills to monitor, report on, and measure your pipeline performance and analyse market trends
