About the Role
WHOOP is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to join their Marketing and Creative teams. This role will be responsible for elevating the brand's visual expression and leading creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Elevate visual expression across campaigns and touchpoints
- →Drive concept development and execution for integrated campaigns
- →Collaborate with Marketing, Apparel & Accessories, Wholesale, Product, and Product Design teams
- →Identify opportunities to test creative and incorporate best practices
- →Mentor and guide designers to push their craft and deliver industry-leading work
- →Lead onset shoots and build brand asset library
- →Adapt design language for effectiveness across channels
- →Maintain design team efficacy and evaluate tooling
- →Champion new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in-house or at a creative agency
- ✓Track record of leading brand and performance campaigns
- ✓Strong communication and coordination skills
- ✓Proven success designing across multiple mediums
- ✓Eye for detail to ensure design consistency
- ✓Familiarity with AI tools and their ability to enhance innovation
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, originality, and system-level thinking
- ✓Experience art directing brand, product, and lifestyle shoots
