About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Marketing Analyst to join our Talent Operations Team at Renewal by Andersen. This role focuses on designing, managing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to support Talent Acquisition needs across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations teams to identify growth and awareness needs
- →Design and publish marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and TikTok
- →Establish partnerships with vendors to improve campaign efficiency
- →Pull reports from various platforms and create custom views of marketing results
- →Work with the Sr. Data Analyst on reports for Talent Acquisition efficiency
- →Increase online recognition by growing subscribers, followers, and views
- →Partner with Field Recruiting Team to create materials for career fairs and schools
- →Post and manage job postings, then report on statistics like CPAs and Applicant to Hire ratios
- →Become an expert with systems like Monday.com, Lever, and Indeed
- →Provide support to onboarding processes
Requirements
- ✓2+ years working in digital marketing
- ✓2+ years experience with Microsoft suite and Excel datasets
- ✓1+ year of presenting data to leadership
- ✓2+ years of designing with Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
- ✓Driven by metrics and results
- ✓Proven experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple locations
