📌 Job Opportunity: Product Owner (Banking Sector) Project / Client: Banking Location: Baltic States Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until End of Year (EOY) 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead a cross-organizational migration initiative within the banking sector. This role will be responsible for defining and owning the product vision, managing the roadmap, and driving backlog execution. The Product Owner will translate document lifecycle management and regulatory compliance requirements into actionable capabilities across Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3, ensuring alignment with IAM, encryption, key management, and access governance standards. 🔎 Key Responsibilities Own and drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes Manage and prioritize backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning) Translate classification, retention, legal hold, and auditability policies into clear product requirements Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards Support solution decisions across Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3 ecosystems Collaborate closely with IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders ✅ Must-Have Requirements Proven experience as a Product Owner in banking or other highly regulated environments Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and compliance-driven processes Hands-on familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3 Solid understanding of IAM, encryption, key management, and access governance Experience managing requirements within structured governance frameworks ➕ Nice to Have Experience with OpenSearch (indexing, relevance tuning, performance optimization) Exposure to eIDAS-aligned digital signing workflows Experience with analytics and search telemetry Implementation of AI-driven self-service solutions in content-heavy environments 📩 If you have experience working in regulated environments and want to contribute to a high-impact migration initiative in the banking sector, we encourage you to apply.
