About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Business Operations Manager to transform the global business experience at Wise. This role requires deep analytical rigor combined with high-velocity operational execution, acting as a bridge between Data, Product, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βUse SQL and scripting (Python/R) to independently validate hypotheses and identify bottlenecks in the customer journey for business customers.
- βConvert complex data into actionable insights and suggest solutions to drive improvement in key focus areas and KPIs.
- βChampion the use of GenAI and LLMs to automate workflows, reducing manual overhead.
- βBuild and monitor the KPI framework for Businesses, establishing metrics that matter.
- βCollaborate with stakeholders to influence plans and roadmaps with data-driven business cases.
Requirements
- βStrong analytical skills with experience in SQL and scripting languages (Python/R).
