About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Wise, a company that has pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. This role is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in Europe and transform how we deliver our servicing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver complex, multi-team programs end-to-end (discovery to rollout) with strong governance, risk, and regulatory awareness; own cross-functional remediations and fin-crime initiatives.
- →Lead the migration to a new BI platform: mapping, parallel runs, cutover, deprecation, stabilisation, and rollback planning.
- →Scale self-serve data products (metrics layer, curated datasets, dashboards) with clear ownership, documentation, and lifecycle.
- →Build strong relationships between Engineering and Analytics teams: shared intake and prioritisation, data contracts, and change management.
- →Define success metrics and measurement plans; align on a single source of truth; communicate impact with clear visuals and narratives.
- →Drive enablement (training, playbooks, catalog/lineage) to increase adoption; optimise data platform performance and cost.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in delivering complex, multi-team programs end-to-end.
