About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Product Compliance Specialist to join our team at Wise. This role focuses on bridging the gap between operations, product, and compliance to ensure our regional entities remain compliant while driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive Servicing Outcomes: Identify and design solutions for operations issues that challenge growth, such as decision quality or breached SLAs.
→Translate Regulatory Requirements: Convert complex compliance mandates into clear operational or product requirements.
→Lead with Data: Use Looker and SQL to analyze friction hotspots and conduct deep dives to prove whether controls are working or processes need redesign.
→Influence Cross-Functionally: Challenge Product and Ops teams to ensure operational impact is considered and risk is managed appropriately.
→Institutionalise Assurance: Establish frameworks to ensure agents remain accurate and turn QA failures into actionable feedback.
→Manage Incidents & Post-Mortems: Lead incident management and post-mortems to prevent recurrence of mistakes.

Requirements
