About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to join our team in India. This role focuses on building strong teams and processes that prioritize customer satisfaction while providing continuous feedback to product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βRe-evaluate teamsβ KPIs to reflect current situation and progress
- βConduct weekly meetings with Team Leads to provide feedback and support
- βMaintain and improve cross-office and cross-team relationships and processes
- βSupport team with operational tasks when needed
- βEnsure appropriate training is provided through communication with the CS Training coordinator
- βCommunicate team's progress through KPI and other relevant analysis
- βRepresent the team in audits
- βManage the teamsβ travel and entertainment budget
- βResponsible for teamsβ development, performance, and efficiency
- βActively participate in hiring
Requirements
- βBased in our India office
- β2 years of leadership experience in an external CS organization
- βPrior experience working with Business Customers or Consumers
- βPassion for customer experience, technology, leading people, and teams
- βAbility to multi-task and take responsibility in challenging situations
- βWillingness to dive into numbers to support process improvements
- βProven track record of taking individual ownership and responsibilities
- βGreat cross-team communication and listening skills
- βGood product knowledge
