About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to join Wise Business Squad, our international business account. This role focuses on driving product decisions through data analysis and insights for the Business Account Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Derive actionable insights from data to drive strategy and inform product decisions
- →Establish clear goals, define measurable KPIs, and develop compelling narratives
- →Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities to support and accelerate product development
- →Ensure accurate, impactful decision-making with high-quality analysis
- →Build automated data pipelines and dashboards for data self-serve
- →Take ownership of complex cross-team projects to unblock critical product decisions
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills
- ✓Expertise in SQL with ability to write clear, performant queries
- ✓Experience building and owning automated data pipelines with tools like DBT/Airflow
- ✓Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results to drive product decisions
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- ✓Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
