About the Role
We are looking for a Midweight Motion Designer to join our newly established APAC Brand and Creative team in Singapore. This role involves creating impactful marketing assets to help Wise reach millions of customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with a diverse team of designers, copywriters, strategists, video editors, and project managers
- →Own projects from start to finish, working across multiple Marketing teams to deliver creative ideas that meet objectives
- →Build relationships with stakeholders and use performance insights to improve creative impact
- →Convey ideas with creativity and conviction, challenging assumptions and exploring new possibilities
- →Apply brand guidelines intuitively across various formats from buttons to billboards
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in in-house teams or branding agencies
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with both peers and stakeholders
- ✓Strong design and motion skills with excellent visual communication abilities
- ✓Creative optimism and a willingness to learn and tackle challenges
- ✓Understanding of how to design for digital platforms across different social channels
- ✓Awareness of regional cultural nuances and creative formats across Asian markets
- ✓Comfort with using and experimenting with new AI tools to enhance creativity and workflows
