About the Role
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join the Grow (Assets) Operations team at Wise. This role focuses on enhancing existing products and building foundational infrastructure for Wise's future investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, prioritise, and address key operational drivers hindering product expansion and scalability
- →Proactively initiate and prioritise projects based on data-driven team needs
- →Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial scoping to final implementation
- →Translate complex regulatory and technical needs into clear operational processes
- →Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- →Develop efficient operational processes that minimise manual workload
- →Coordinate with risk teams to assess, mitigate, and manage risks
- →Establish and maintain relevant KPIs and SLAs for new features and processes
- →Act as the first-level escalation point for critical cases
- →Mentor other Grow Operations Specialists and System Experts
Requirements
- ✓Experience in end-to-end project ownership and operational excellence
- ✓Strong understanding of process improvement and risk mitigation
