About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to join the Getting Help team at Wise. This role focuses on driving down customer contact rates through Contact Prevention strategies and enhancing the Wise Assistant as the primary support interface.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the contact prevention product strategy and create a roadmap for reducing customer contact at Wise
- →Influence at scale by identifying opportunities through data analysis and building internal insights tools
- →Lead the FAQ, Self Services & Wise Assistant Upstream roadmap in collaboration with other teams
- →Ship new conversational experiences and automations with Content Design and Engineering
- →Coach and mentor a Product Manager within the Support Squad
Requirements
