About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Group Regulatory Compliance team at Wise. This role will focus on governance for Wise Group Compliance, with a particular emphasis on emerging AI regulation and supporting regulatory processes globally.

Key Responsibilities

→Own, maintain and develop our Global AI Compliance policies documentation
→Lead, develop and inspire a team of compliance professionals
→Collaborate with all lines of defence and drive change
→Be detail-focused and engage to find solutions
→Handle multiple projects and support other areas of the team
→Promote and advise on regulatory best practice
→Contribute to our Global Training Strategy by developing Compliance Trainings
→Support the delivery of the regulatory compliance programme

Requirements

✓Experience in delivering change within complex organizations
✓Hands-on experience working with product, engineering, and compliance teams
✓Technical expertise in regulatory compliance
✓Strong stakeholder management skills
✓Passion and interest in international regulation
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
✓Experience in building controls, policies, and frameworks from scratch
✓Ability to navigate and apply emerging regulatory requirements
✓Experience partnering with functional areas across the business to drive change
✓Experience in advising on, overseeing, and creating comprehensive policies for AI compliance
✓Experience in conducting global gap analyses and developing scalable frameworks
✓Experience in leading regulatory deep dives in multiple regions
✓Experience partnering with SMEs across Privacy, Security, Risk, and Engineering Teams
✓Experience enhancing AI Governance
