About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team of technical Solutions Engineers who help partners and enterprise customers integrate with our global money movement platform. This role focuses on managing a team, driving high-quality integrations, and shaping the future of a platform designed for cross-border money movement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a team of direct reports and drive high-quality integrations
- →Shape the future of a platform built to make cross-border money movement instant, convenient, transparent, and as cheap as possible
- →Directly manage, coach, and develop Solutions Engineers
- →Define strong, clear goals that align with Wise Platform’s objectives
- →Provide clear direction, feedback, and career development paths
- →Have an overview of the region’s plans, opportunities, and challenges
- →Support the team in delivering high quality, efficient, and scalable solutions to partners
- →Work closely with Product Engineering teams to influence product development
- →Guide customers through technical discovery, solution design, build, test, and launch
- →Ensure integrations fully leverage our global accounts, payouts, FX, and compliance APIs
- →Remove blockers and improve customer onboarding efficiency
- →Bring customer insights into roadmap decisions
- →Advocate for better APIs, reliability, and developer experience
- →Help scale infrastructure for new markets, partners, and corridors
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of Solutions Engineering (SE) experience
- ✓3+ years of experience leading or managing Solutions Engineers or customer-facing technical teams
- ✓Ability to manage team productivity and development
- ✓Strong understanding of technical integration processes
- ✓Experience with global money movement platforms
- ✓Excellent leadership and communication skills
