About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead, Software Engineering to join our team of Full-Stack Engineers in building products that empower our patients. This role spans our product and engineering organizations, and will regularly influence and inform priorities across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build for our patients by keeping them at the center of technical decisions while advocating for privacy, security, and access to care
- →Contribute to architectural decisions and implement technical standards through code reviews, design discussions, and high-quality code
- →Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders on complex projects
- →Identify improvement opportunities within your team's scope and contribute to technical discussions
- →Serve as a technical resource and example for other engineers on the team
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5+ years experience working in Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Django or other modern languages and frameworks
- ✓Minimum 1+ years experience in a Full-Stack Engineering leadership role
- ✓Ability to balance coding workload while supporting a small team
- ✓5+ years experience with relational database systems - PostgreSQL (preferred), GraphQL
- ✓Professional experience working in a cloud-based environment - AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure
- ✓Experience owning end-to-end delivery for key projects
- ✓Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions and unblock teams with clear direction
- ✓Influence within your sphere to align peers and stakeholders
