About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Wiz, a fast-growing startup reinventing cloud security. This role focuses on building relationships with potential customers and creating a pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build pipeline by initiating conversation and building relationships with potential customers through a mix of phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and in-person events
- →Collaborate with account executives & marketing to create a strategy for driving pipeline within each territory
- →Research accounts to identify the right personas including decision-makers and internal champions at target prospects
- →Personalize messaging, qualify interest in Wiz that leads to net new opportunities
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of sales and lead generation experience
- ✓Experience in cold-calling
- ✓Process and detail-oriented
- ✓Excited about building a pipeline of prospective customers
- ✓Get the job done attitude
- ✓Hit and exceed sales targets
