About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets for marketing and client communication. This role involves translating complex content into clear, well-structured layouts that align with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver presentations, proposals, brochures, and visual assets for global teams
- →Translate complex content into clear, well-structured layouts
- →Own projects from initial layout exploration through final delivery
- →Manage multiple briefs in parallel in a fast-paced environment
- →Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape design direction
- →Contribute to concept development and maintain consistency with global brand guidelines
- →Improve document workflows to increase efficiency
- →Support project planning by assessing effort, prioritizing requests, and defining milestones
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ✓3 - 6 years of experience in graphic design
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, clean layouts, and branding design
- ✓Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- ✓Expert proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced animations, transitions, slide masters)
- ✓Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- ✓Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint
- ✓Strong creative judgment and client service skills
- ✓Sharp attention to detail with a strong grasp of typography, spacing, and overall layout
- ✓Ability to guide conversations with internal teams or clients
- ✓Comfortable taking initiative and working in a fast-moving team environment
- ✓Positive, confident, and supportive teammate with a flexible, proactive mindset
- ✓Pays close attention to detail and maintains high standards in typography, spacing, and layout
- ✓Communicates clearly and articulates design thinking in a simple, relatable way
