About the Role
Wolt for Work is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing B2B sales team in Berlin. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in B2B sales within a high-growth, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the first point of contact for prospective German-speaking business customers via outbound cold calls.
- →Identify and engage decision-makers such as Office Managers, HR, and senior Leaders.
- →Book qualified introductory meetings for Sales Managers and contribute to a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM tools.
- →Take part in structured onboarding covering sales fundamentals, outreach techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- →Work closely with an international, Berlin-based sales team.
- →Track your activity and performance against clear goals and KPIs.
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- ✓Interest in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- ✓Comfortable speaking on the phone and motivated by clear targets.
- ✓Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- ✓Based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an office-first role.
