About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst – Pricing & Efficiency to join our Germany Operations team at Wolt. This role focuses on supporting pricing and efficiency initiatives to improve the effectiveness of our delivery operations in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the implementation of city-level courier pricing changes under the German operations model
- →Produce analyses and insights to support pricing and efficiency initiatives
- →Execute recurring and ad hoc analyses to monitor performance and identify inefficiencies
- →Support operational experiments, including data preparation, analysis, and documentation
- →Help adapt and roll out global pricing and efficiency initiatives in the German market
- →Collaborate with local Operations teams, Finance, Product, and Global Pricing & Efficiency stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or strategy
- ✓Strong spreadsheet and SQL skills with experience working on large datasets
- ✓Ability to translate data into clear insights that support business decisions
- ✓Hands-on mindset with interest in operational execution and continuous improvement
- ✓Passion for efficiency and process optimization
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
