About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join Wolt for Work, our rapidly-growing B2B business. This role involves full end-to-end responsibility over the sales acquisition funnel within the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing partnership agreements
- →Act as problem-solver for prospects’ needs and work with internal stakeholders to formulate solutions
- →Work closely with Account Managers to ensure consistent and optimal outcomes for the business and clients
- →Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop partnerships, attend events, and create an acquisition funnel
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales, account management, business development and/or partnerships in B2B enterprise fields
- ✓Ambition and strong inner motivation with a positive mindset
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication
- ✓Structured and analytical problem-solving approach
- ✓Natural tendency for ownership with an entrepreneurial attitude
- ✓Organized and structured way of working, including working with CRMs
- ✓Tenacity and creativity to approach and solve clients’ problems
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
