About the Role

We are looking for senior sales professionals to join Backbase and work with leading banks worldwide, closing 1+ million dollar deals. Backbase offers an innovative, team-oriented culture with a flexible and fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Carry your own sales quota within a regional sales team
→Develop and convert opportunities into successful customers
→Maintain customer relationships throughout the buying cycle
→Collaborate with Solutions Engineering consultants and professional services
→Develop active partner relationships to drive new software business
→Work with value consultants on business cases and value stories
→Collaborate with pre-sales experts on RFPs, pitches, and POCs

Requirements

✓10+ years in a quota-carrying role within enterprise or SaaS software sales
✓Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
✓Ability to develop strong relationships quickly and communicate effectively at all levels
✓Digital-minded and tech-savvy with understanding of digital and omnichannel customer interactions
✓Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
✓Experience in leading and presenting to C-level executives
✓Availability to travel 30%-50%
✓Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills
✓Solid industry experience in the financial services sector
