About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Services department at Backbase. This role involves managing exciting projects for top-tier banks worldwide, implementing our online banking solutions. You will be a key person in coordinating and communicating among all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage projects globally, acting as a bridge between Backbase internal teams and clients
- →Support customers and advise them on implementing online applications using Backbase Solution
- →Provide effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders
- →Spot business development opportunities and involve relevant people
- →Design and facilitate client workshops
- →Manage risks and issues on both project and program levels
- →Train team members in scrum methodology
- →Manage multiple teams in large programs or multiple projects
Requirements
- ✓5-8 years of experience in project management
- ✓Demonstrable experience in the financial sector
- ✓Experience in startup/scaleup environments
- ✓Proven track record of managing a program
- ✓Superior knowledge of standard software tools
- ✓Strong understanding of agile philosophy and ways of working
- ✓Ability to create tools and processes around internal and external reporting
- ✓Ability to support strategy discussions based on reported data
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
- ✓Able to influence and drive change
- ✓Able to mitigate the impact of changes and replan accordingly
