About the Role
Workato is seeking a Demand Generation Campaigns Manager to execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. This hands-on role focuses on campaign execution, coordination, and performance tracking across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across email, webinars/events, paid media, content, and website
- →Build and launch campaigns in marketing automation tools (emails, landing pages, forms, nurture programs)
- →Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
- →Partner with Product Marketing to apply messaging and positioning to campaign assets
- →Work with Sales and SDR teams to support campaign follow-up and enablement materials
- →Track and report on campaign performance (leads, engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution)
- →QA campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and best practices
- →Assist with A/B testing, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
- →Maintain campaign documentation, calendars, and reporting dashboards
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing
- ✓Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- ✓Comfort working from established campaign frameworks and processes
- ✓Analytical mindset with interest in learning campaign measurement and optimization
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
