About the Role
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join Workato, the leader in enterprise orchestration. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams to master the Workato ONE platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain learning paths, courses, and microlearning modules focused on Workato product adoption
- →Create instructional materials (videos, e-learning, documentation, job aids) that explain Workato product concepts and features
- →Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align training with customer lifecycle and product capabilities
- →Design practical labs and real-world scenarios to drive practical understanding
- →Develop assessments, quizzes, and certification programs to validate learner proficiency
- →Gather learner feedback and analytics to iterate and improve instructional content
- →Stay current with AI agentic, automation, and integration trends to ensure innovative training
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience designing technical training for SaaS, integration, automation, or AI products
- ✓Ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts (AI agents, MCP, APIs, data orchestration)
- ✓Skilled in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and multimedia production
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- ✓Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
