About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of our customer-facing SaaS products, data-driven features, and AI/ML solutions. This role is a critical bridge, translating deep technical capabilities into clear business value for our B2B SaaS customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product vision and strategic roadmap for our customer-facing AI/ML models and analytics features.
- →Engage directly with strategic customers to understand their needs and co-develop new features.
- →Define, measure, and communicate product success using relevant metrics.
- →Partner with UX, Data Science, and Sales Engineering to create impactful data visualizations.
- →Define clear requirements based on customer feedback and strategic priorities.
- →Develop launch plans, sales collateral, and communication plans for new features.
- →Conduct product-related data analysis and validate data assets.
- →Work closely with data scientists to define requirements for AI/ML-driven features.
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of relevant experience in product management, data products, or analytics.
- ✓Strong ability to connect technical features to customer value and business outcomes.
- ✓Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to gather requirements.
- ✓Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage a backlog and align teams on priorities.
- ✓Solid SQL fundamentals and experience with modern BI platforms.
- ✓Strong functional understanding of data transformation techniques.
