About the Role
Woven by Toyota is seeking an Internship Program and Early Career Talent Manager to lead global talent acquisition initiatives for early-career professionals. This role will be responsible for designing and executing programs that attract, develop, and retain high-potential interns and early-career talent.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the Intern to Early Career lifecycle end-to-end, taking responsibility for program outcomes, effectiveness, and future vision
- βServe as the primary lead for the Internship Program, working globally and cross-functionally with hiring managers and leadership
- βDesign and manage a clear conversion process from internship to full-time employment
- βManage the Intern Program budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- βDevelop and execute a global strategy for building diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines
- βCollaborate closely with mentors and managers in host teams to ensure intern success
- βDesign and manage effective onboarding, evaluation, and feedback frameworks for all interns
- βPartner with marketing/communications teams to develop a compelling employer brand
- βOperate the Early Career Rotation Program process including interviewing and selection
- βPartner with L&D and HRBP teams to design initiatives that support long-term growth
Requirements
- β8+ years relevant experience including at least 3+ years in managing or leading recruiting programs
- β3+ years of people management experience
- βDemonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- βExcellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
- βExceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- βFull professional proficiency in both Japanese and English
