About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to join Woven by Toyota, enabling Toyotaβs transformation into a mobility company. This role involves driving proposals and alignment between B2B client needs and our Test Course capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- βProactive Solution Proposal & Alignment: Transform B2B client requests into concrete verification/solution proposals using our Test Course.
- βPrioritization & Development Direction: Manage the solution roadmap, deciding what capabilities to build now versus later.
- βSolution Definition & Translation: Translate complex client needs into logical and scalable technical specifications.
- βEngineering Partnership: Work closely with engineering teams to negotiate technical trade-offs.
- βStakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clear blockers and ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- β10+ years of experience in the technology industry, with 5+ years of direct product management experience defining B2B solutions.
- βProven track record of driving solution development in Agile/Scrum environments.
- βDemonstrated ability to synthesize complex data to make logical prioritization decisions.
- βStrong communication and interpersonal skills to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- βBusiness-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
